The Facilitator for the Fox Valley Minority Women's Roundtable is Francesca Hindmon. Ms. Hindmon is the Founder and CEO of Monarch Marketing.

Guest Speaker for the event is Carole Harris, Lead Economic Development Specialist for the SBA Illinois District Office. Ms. Harris's professional skills include experience in auditing and taxes, lending and underwriting loans, portfolio management, and government contracting. Harris is project manager for SBA's funded resource partners, and leads the Economic Development Team in Illinois. She is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and a Certified Government Financial Manager.

SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) is the nation’s largest network of volunteer, expert business mentors. Dedicated to helping small businesses plan, launch, manage and grow.

SCORE mentors offer area-specific advice at no cost (financing, human resources, business planning) via email, telephone and video. SCORE mentors, all experts in entrepreneurship and related fields, meet with their small business clients on an ongoing basis to provide continued advice and support.  In addition, this nonprofit organization provides a wide range of services, including training, webinars, online workshops, courses on demand, and a library of online resources.
