Freedom West participates as a DBE prime contractor, sub-contractor and joint venture partner. Highlighted below are a few of the projects where we’ve served.
Freedom West is currently providing construction management for the pre-cast concrete assembly for the 2,500,000 square foot, five-story parking structure at O’Hare Airport’s Consolidated Car Rental Facility (ConRAC). The work includes scheduling and safety oversight.
Freedom West provided construction management for the asphalt paving of a 650,000 square-foot parking garage for this pr ivately - owned postsecondary higher education provider, in Schaumburg, IL. The work included management of a safety program, scheduling, obtaining permits, and supervising trade work, which included glass installation, asphalt paving, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping.
Freedom West provided construction management for the rehab of a three-story brownstone that houses this private educator’s Institute of Politics.
