Website
Little Village Chamber of Commerce
3610 W 26th St

Event Description

The Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) provides uniform guidance for all State of Illinois grant programs. All grant applicants and grantees must comply with GATA grant requirements. This session will provide detailed information on all of the steps required as part of the GATA process and includes the opportunity to ask questions. Steps in the GATA process include: pre-qualification on the GATA Grantee Portal (must be completed before an entity can submit a grant application to the State of Illinois); completion of two risk assessments (must be completed at any time before the issuance of a state award); fiscal and administrative – Internal Controls Questionnaire (ICQ); and Programmatic Risk Assessment (PRAQ). This workshop is also offered in Spanish.

This workshop is hosted by the Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC). The Illinois SBDC at WBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance
